I was born in July 1988 , in Bourges (France), at 18, I went to study in La Rochelle. I traveled a lot during these studies. I spend almost 3 years abroad between studies in China, training in Colombia, China again and Tahiti, as well as many trips on 6 continents. I decided to do a Masters degree in Sustainable Development where economics, environmental, and social issues are regularly covered in class. Food waste and food in general are flagship areas I want to get involved in. Reducing food waste means more food available, a reduction of pollution and a reduction of food’s cost. Better feeding the world would also reduce many health problems related to diet. What motivated me to build this project is mostlikely having faced poverty among vulnerable populations, often achieving a certain indifference of developed countries.
